I'm 56 years old been on NAD+ IV 500mg every 2 weeks. My energy levels are thru the roof. There is 0 doubt in my mind that of all the biohacking I do this is the most important supplement that I take by far.
Silly question, and don’t be too hard with me. I’ve been deluged with articles on the possible hepatotoxicity of green tea extracts. How is this mix secure in that respect? Best of luck, it seems promising.
Chemistry and biology helped me understand the importance of exercising, sleep, and nutrition. In addition, as an athlete, physical fitness has been a part of my life since I was 9 years old. I am now 55+.
🎯 Key points for quick navigation: 00:00 *🧬 Natural Strategies to Activate SIRT6* - Intermittent fasting and calorie restriction can naturally boost SIRT6 production, aiding in cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and improving insulin sensitivity. - Regular exercise, particularly high-intensity interval training (HIIT), is effective in increasing SIRT6 levels, promoting cardiovascular health, and enhancing overall fitness. - Certain foods like blueberries, turmeric, and green tea contain bioactive compounds that stimulate SIRT6 activity, contributing to cellular repair and longevity. 01:28 *🍇 Resveratrol and SIRT6 Activation* - Resveratrol, found in red wine, grapes, and nuts, shows potential to activate SIRT6 and promote DNA stability. - Regular, moderate consumption of resveratrol-rich foods may help slow down the aging process. - Combining natural strategies like intermittent fasting, exercise, and resveratrol-rich foods can synergistically enhance SIRT6 activation and overall health benefits. Don't doubt good benefits but you never backed up the mitochondria claim with any proof. You can claim anything. If it is only observational you should state that.
I’m sticking with NR and NMN, this product is a coctail of VitC, Niacin, Zinc, ALA and green tea among others. Niacin is a precursor to NMN and if it’s converting to NMN I can just as well just take NMN. How VitC converts into NAD+ I don’t know and if it doesn’t why put it into the product? Like someone mentioned, this is indeed an Infomercial.

I don’t even have to watch this to know what’s going on This monkey lets these company’s who sell supplements like this huckster woman on his channel so he makes money too. Last video from him, he was touting donotage Srt 6 and now. Let’s see what he says about her supplements
Follow up. I stopped taking it. They would not post their baseline (control) NAD results. The 10 to 20 ng/ml increase seems very small to what I understand are normal intracellular concentrations.
The suggestion is that to improve Healthspan, the factors for genomic instability, telomere dysfunction, epigenetic alterations, loss of proteostasis, compromise of autophagy, mitochondrial dysfunction, cellular senescence, stem cell exhaustion, altered intercellular communication and deregulated nutrient sensing should be targeted. So how do we prioritize the many supplements some charismatic influencers with impressive qualifications has urged us to take? The Science of these 40 plus supplements suggests benefit in NIH library articles. True? Astaxanthin Maritime pine Matcha NAC Nattokinase Resveratrol Taurine Creatine Berberine nicotinamide Magnesium Potassium Omega 3s Silybin Amla Glycine GTF Chromium alpha-lipoic acid Benfotiamine NAD+ L-citrulline NMN NMNH Nitric oxide Flaxseed Pomegranate Hibiscus Cranberry Beetroot Betaine anhydrous Metformin Rapamycin Vitamin K2 Fisetin Sodium butyrate forskolin Alpha Ketoglutarate Spermidine urolithin A DHEA Rhodeola L-theanine
Sigh! you lot love your anti-androgenic endocrine disruptors. Just once, can you recommend something that doesn't inhibit my testosterone and or dihydrotestosterone primary androgens? 😂😂, It kinda feels like you trying to chemically castrate the dudes under the guise of longevity, and its getting old real quick!
The term anti-aging is false advertising and a marketing gimmick. You will age no matter what you do. NMN does work. I noticed that it does. But you will age no matter what you do. Just look at your google photos every year. Granted you should live a healthy lifestyle but every year that goes buy you will be a little less of yourself than you we're the year before. In my experience it wasn't as noticable or concerning until I reached 50.
I am really distracted and my exam is nearby,, i just want to study a lot in my pc through online classes,, thank you guys,, it really helps me a lot to focus on my studies. ❤❤❤❤
You had me until Brandon's name was mentioned. Do a Google search for: Vimeo/Sir Richard Branson/Pizzagate. He was also involved with The Clinton Foundation fleecing of Haiti after the Earthquake. His island is close to Epstein's island and they were good friends.
I remember when NAD supplements hit the market around a decade ago. But I didn’t really start to understand it’s precursors and pathways until I started a keto diet with IF. I am currently supplementing with niacinamide and niacin as I’m only a few months in to my new life style but plan on dropping them as I’m taking in much higher levels of these nutrients through a high fat & protein diet. I feel sooo much better!
I don't know if the benefits outweigh the risks.I sae Dr Attia and Josh Rabinowitz, M.D.talk about this and the dangers of it promoting cancer...too many unknowns to be sure at this time...seems those selling it are not discussing the potential risks...not good at all
Can't speak for this product specifically, BUT I do search for supplements having multiple benefits. Why take 7 pills when all you need are packed into 1.
