Hey man! well for me I can say she can carry pretty much every game. For mastery I can say not so hard to master. This hero is basically just spam skills all the time " BUT " make sure to hit them all and have the passive stack before engaging the enemy. Since the stack will definitely help you burst out any squishy or even tanky heroes. So I can say that this hero can carry in Platinum tier up to early Master V. I got a Talk to DR Livingston quest twice after this and twice the quest disappeared. The 2nd time I couldn't talk to her because of a fight then thanks to your video I tracked her down. and NOTHING happened. Why am I get this quest then?
