I remember I was on the toilet in Kmart … mum was in the stall next to me … she made a particularly loud deposit with loottsss of noise … I called out to her whew … that was a good one .. she made more noises I called more encouragement over the stall. I finished, washed me hands and headed out front to wait for her … only to see mum leaning on the rail waiting for me!!! I think all the blood left my body … I glanced back toward the toilets … grabbed mums elbow and whispered to her “we need to leave NOW” …. To this day I will never know if the other occupant was laughing or mortified!!!!

This was an interesting subject. And I found myself considering where I land. Honestly, I think I'm the taker - the delegator - finding all these people who will do my bidding, a little narcissistic. Would be interested to hear your thoughts how not to be "that guy"

Thank you! I receive that! I never used to be this way, would second guess everything, stutter, feel perpetually uncomfortable! So it certainly has been a journey! Let me ponder this, I might turn it into its own episode x
Many/most states in the US require seat belts. I just Googled it. Only New Hampshire doesn't require seat belts. But each state probably has different rules around the ages of passengers and whether they are in the front or back seat. I learned something new! Thanks for that opportunity. 😁
