For a performance wear shirt I like Madeira Performance Woven Cut away, 7.5x8" is the size I bought. You need 2 pieces and you to turn one piece a second direction. If you can get this a little larger it would be nice. 8x8.
Hi Cathy. thanks for the video just a little confused. Are you saying if you do flat items, blanket, towels etc, you need a flat hoop? Or is this just for quilting.

This will depend on your design size. I would use the Adjustable freestyle fixture and base. Choose a hoop closest to your design size, this should help you. For placement print your design to get your perspective.

(I really enjoy videos that show the operating of the machine) I’m always learning new techniques from all the videos. Question- Did you the same Thread in your Bobbin? I just received the Adjustable Sleeve Fixture and 9x3 hoop for Christmas. Can wait to try them out. Thanks for tip on using the hooping station for the stabilizer.
You are so welcome. I'm so glad you are enjoying the videos. I did just use white for the bobbin thread. You can definitely use a matching thread if you like.
