One doubt, during kick , which position should my kicking leg's foot should be . Either pointing forward or pointing at the direction of the kick. Please do help
I like to not pivot too much on my back leg low kick and usually step on the front and at an angle I feel like it's safer and I get more power, and I cover more distance. I guess depends on what works 4 u. There are some combos or setups I use the switch for though.
