I have been a competitive athlete all my life and CrossFit has been my sport of choice since 2013. My mission is to make health and fitness feel accessible to everyone and to encourage those around me, especially young women and LGBTQ folks, to do what's good for their bodies and minds. When the ring rows get too easy even when you are all the way down to a horizontal starting position, a simple way to make them harder still is to contract one knee to your chest and hold it there for the set, leaving the other foot on the floor or bench. If that's not hard enough, you can try a weight vest. You can also do these rows with TRX bands if your gym doesn't have rings. TRX bands have adjustable lengths so you can set the handles to whatever height you need. Another way to do these rows is by holding onto the bar of a Smith machine, or a barbell on a power rack.

Coach does Cross Fit pull ups where you don't have to have much strength. Try dead hangs. You will find your 25 turns into 2. I don't mind any sport, but lying is what annoys me about Cross Fit.
As a bigginer I feel blind towards which muscles I'm working but this video still helps! Believe I'm relying too much on my arms rather than back muscles but surely I'll get there
Dig the way this young lady doesn't wear a ton of make up and is crazy shredded. You would kill bodybuilding because you have great delts and back. You look awesome! RIP Mike Murphy.
instead of eating beans and legumes as protein - you could eat raw brown rice protein. Also you can eat greens - like barley grass powder - lots of protein. Spirulina has way more protein than chicken! Over double. I saw nutritional yeast missing in your rice and broccoli.
you might've felt hungry for the first meal with low insulin levels is what I'm guessing. When you take out all the protein that makes you feel full - that's bad too.
