@@Naval-il9rw try oats with fruits (breakfast option) Eat one chapati with lots of salad (lunch) Take Green tea around 5:00 in evening And try something light (dinner option) like makhana or milk etc This will help u to loss weight

I have oily scalp. My scalp literally gets greasy & flaky the very next day of hairwash (Maybe due to the humid where i live) I avoid oil on scalp but at least twice a month i do oil my lengths before washing them. And thankfully that works for me. And that hair comb of XO Curls, i swear ! That detangles superb !!

I'll be 20 in 15 days. My height is 5, and weight is 70kg. I wasn't also a obese kid in my childhood. But in my teenage years I've started gaining weight so rapidly because of my study pressure and depression. Now all of my friends are either in relationships or yk just in a healthy shape. I feel hopeless, I feel insecure. Now it feels like i cannot be as pretty as them. I think i also have PCOD. My parents don't let me see a doc because they think it's very expensive and all.
