I think it is not possible/ recommended to use a Word template to handle multiple records due to limitations and complexities. It doesn't offer built-in functions for efficiently iterating through multiple records. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not entirely sure. It would be better to use Power Automate to populate document dynamically with multiple records.

Hi Sandeep, it's not allowed to map columns of type 'file'. For handling file-type columns, you can store files in Azure Blob Storage and save the file URLs &then use Power Automate to automate the process of uploading files to Azure Blob Storage and updating the corresponding records.

Below are general PA steps for same - -Prepare the HTML Content : include the background image and the text here - Upload the background image to a location accessible via a URL (like- SharePoint, OneDrive) -Create the Flow, retrieve the bday data & use the “Compose” action to create the HTML content with the background image and text. In the second implementation, I established a key for the email field, triggering an error only when attempting to enter an email that already exists. After modifying the key field value, it permitted saving the record. Note: Existing OOB duplicate detection rules may already handle duplicate names, addresses, emails, or other fields. But creating a key is actually an alternative to applying a duplicate detection rule, and it does not allow us to create a duplicate record even if there is no rule. (with error).
