Musical activities Azagthoth began his musical activities at the age of 16. At the age of 19, together with bassist Dallas Ward and drummer Mike Browning, he founded the band Heretic, now known as Morbid Angel. Philosophy Trey Azagthoth is a supporter of the position of individualism, a negative attitude not only towards Christianity, but also towards all other religions. [1] The music of the group Morbid Angel, according to Trey, is not aimed at aggression towards people and destruction. It is the driving force, emanating from the musicians themselves, leading to emancipation and freedom.[1] Trey does not condone violence and robbery, but only encourages people to think for themselves, avoiding the indoctrination of politics, religion and public opinion.
@uncle ruckus I’m gonna blow your brain…. Listen to Blasphemy of the Holy Ghost and then Rapture. I didn’t realize how similar they were til they played them back to back in 2019
people talk shit bout how Vincent's out Tuckers in and Vince don't have it no more, in reality tucker can't touch Vincent's vocals during covenant/domination Era. no doubt he can and could for awhile now though
Domination is the best album ever to me. Beginning to end truly treasured. Artwork is awesome. My husband wants to be buried one day in his domination t- shirt
Domination is a personal favorite for me because it was one of the first CD's I ever bought with my own money. Dawn of the Angry was my gateway. But like the guy above said, Formulas is an ethereal masterwork. Formulas and Domination are peak Morbid.
