I got this jack and I think I over turned it counter clockwise and fluid was coming out. Is this normal. And when I twisted it to the right it stopped?

Going by the number of pumps to full height looks like you need to follow the “important” instructions

You forgot the phillips head screw driver to unscrew 4 Bolts and add hydraulic fluid to the correct level because they are underfiled with hydraulic fluid if you read that large sticker on the jack you would know... bad video... bad information your jack is not ready to be used yet but whatever you say
