I work 6PM to 9AM. Two jobs. I just meal prepped today for the first time! I have no excuses to eat crap. I prepped ground turkey (2lbs and half is seasoned with taco seasoning) and then some brown rice and then I made 3 veggie bowls.
Where's the bag ? Caden should always have with him as a T1D with snacks, insulin, water, emergency glucagon pen and more. Never leave the house without it! It's important to always carry a small bag with 24 7 for emergencies! Not seeing a bag is scary guys!!! Do not this please 😢
I used to be 400 lbs now im 216 on my way to 195. It's not easy but you can do it! Stay away from fast food if you wanna get quicker results! And cut out sugar!
Hi, I enjoy your videos, I have a question why don’t you just do cardio until you get to the certain weight so then you can start doing weight training ?
That’s a great question. Because I don’t want to lose all my muscle mass and plus weight training burns more calories then just cardio if you are comparing them hr to hr. It’s honestly just preference of how I want my body to look once I hit my goal 👌🏿
On your road to 205 plateaus will come continue to push through it. Also you can change your cardio habits swimming or sprinting on grass is phenomenal.
