We leave room down the middle and above the tank for the exhaust on the driver side of the tank. For 392 guys in particular do to true dual exhaust and the thirst of the motor, we recommend ordering the system without the tank and then we change the center skid accordingly. Then go with a larger capacity rear tank setup.
Hello. I have a 2021 ram 2500 with 6.4 gas. I want to level my truck and seen you have triple rate springs. I use a 8.5’ western v plow and these springs seems like a great option to help hold the weight of a plow when it’s on the truck but still ride good without the plow on the truck? Have you ever mounted these on a ram with a v plow? Do they work good. Thanks for any help
Yes, flat which makes them neutral Or you can purchase these. We have ours out now and they work for most aftermarket coils. rockkrawler.com/front-upper-neutral-spring-isolator-jl-jt/
If you want what I feel is the best suspension on the market the best engineered, Purchase Rock krawler, They design their products strong and long lasting I’ve owned 15 jeeps and built all of them & over half of them have all been Rockcrawler suspension, their coil springs are excellent their product is strong and the owner really tries to develop good well developed products for consumers, all my buddies that are own jeeps I tell them all go with rock crawler👍👍👍👍👍
Rockcrawler suspension I personally feel is the best on the market, I’m not an engineer but I can only imagine what it takes to design develop and manufacture one small part, I look at the products that Rockweiler makes and every time I get their products I am absolutely amazed I am on my 15th jeep now and I built every one of them and I do it by myself and I’m able to examine each part, I highly recommend rock crawler suspension, the guys that work at the company in sales and tech department really try and go out of their way to help you if you have a problem during an install and even the owner if there’s a problem that can’t resolve he will step in and help. Thanks Rockcrawler I think we are very fortunate to have company like this and have the freedom to build the jeeps and other vehicles the way we want. 👍🇺🇸
@@RockKrawlerSus i just bought my jeep and i don’t know the height i am assuming its 4inch i just replaced the shocks 4-6 inch ones and they installed perfectly and now i am thinking to change the coil springs, right now i got rough country.
The Adventure Family now has Adventure X. Which is the best of both Adventure series and X Factor. Adventure bushings at both ends but one is Adjustable now!!
Great stuff. Love the idea of a course for this stuff. It’s technical engineering concepts that many have opinions on but don’t take the time to understand in detail!
Hi! First of all, thank you for tech videos like this, it's very interesting and useful. Could you, please, help me to figure out with grease for joints? As i understood you are talking about NLGi grades. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NLGI_consistency_number Is it correct? Sorry, but my english is not very good so i didn't understand what grades you mean. You told "zero two". Does it mean "02" or "00"? So did you mean "00" or "0" greases is OK for joints? For joints where metal rubs against metal - should be used NLGi grade 2 grease. Right? Thank you in advance!
Great video and I love my RK lift and ride quality. Video suggestion....how to rebuild those 2.25 RRD shocks. Trying to save on shipping and down time and was hoping to rebuild at home but have never done it before. Thanks and keep the videos coming...great info!
The new TJ/LJ short arms do have Adventure Series Joints at the Frame Connections for the Lowers and we have Retrofit Kits coming for prior customers to replace the old Pro Flex Joints with Adventure Series joints in this position.
@@RockKrawlerSus thanks for the quick response! I currently have all Johnny Joints and am looking at the Adventure series to eliminate the maintenance to keep them creak free - both uppers and lowers, so either with new arms or retrofit kits I'd like to replace them ALL with Adventure series if I can....3/4-16" shank on the uppers and 1-1/4"-12 on the lowers.
I’m trying to get new front track bar for my 2019 Sahara jlu. On a stock suspension and I’m really want to get RK but I’m on a stock suspension ( planning on install a 2.5/3” lift next year) My question is will the RK06187 or the RK06187HD fit on my wrangler on a stock suspension?
Great video to show my mechanic shop of choice. How long of install should this take for all 8 control arms so that the mechanic doesn't take $ advantage of me. THANX!
Why is there a kit with a rear trackbar and one without? I didn’t realize that there were two different kits when I ordered mine for my JLURD. Would a rear trackbar help with highway driving?
A rear track bar is not necessary with our systems. We are one of the few companies putting the rear track bar riser bracket in the back to improve the rear roll center which most others do not. It makes a big difference for handling purposes.
Saw this setup at Jeep Invasion Wildwood, 07-15-2023, I'm impressed! I like that it can be tightened as it wears and is joint rebuildable vs replacing ends. when are you making it for stock Superduty width? I believe its 72.5 and a Reid High steer knuckle?
Hey all. Bob just put our new neutral top springs seats for JL/JT on the website. Here is the link - rockkrawler.com/front-neutral-spring-isolator-jl-jt/
Definitely stick with the Adventure Family of products and which one fits your budget. They can all be added to, so you can build up as budget allows. Even the base Adventure System comes with all the proper corrections for your rig so it rides and drives better than factory.
So I was sent the red bushing/raceway for the x factor mid arm rear lower arms and front lower , for the mid arm system, should I call and get them swapped for the black ones. This is for the fixed /welded end not the heim end , or will it compromise flex if I use the red ones.
A Jeep will do that but only if you use Rock Krawler components!!!!!!!!! That are engineered developed and made at their factory in good OL USA 🇺🇸 along with their awesome customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!👍
Hello Rockcrawler I want to thank you for all your tech support I just spoke with you this morning in regards to my 392 with the spring bowing inward, I really appreciate how thorough and professional you folks are and for putting up with me when I have a problem, Putting this video together for us and time on the phone I’d like to thank you and Michael, I really feel rock crawler is the best product on the market for jeep enthusiast and I support your company 100% and always will this video is so helpful to me, One thing I’ve noticed about your company is the way you guys engineer things I think you folks are brilliant !!!!! Thanks again you guys!!!
Thank you Jon. We appreciate the support and hope to have the neutral isolators in stock soon for the entire Jeep Community. We know there are alot of manufacturers that can use it.
I can confirm this absolutely works! My buddy has a Rubicon JT Diesel. He made these recommended changes and now his springs are perfectly straight. The rig rides great with no rubbing or spring noise. Great job to RK for isolating (pun intended) the issue and creating a remedy.
Glad to see you guys are offering this as a commercial option! I've been doing this for years using your joints. This makes the option that much easier to purchase the complete setup in house. Killer product!
