Hi there, I was analyzing your RU-vid channel. your content is excellent but your videos do not have perfect SEO. Your channel optimization is not perfect. some issues with your channel like not adding SEO-friendly titles, video tags, descriptions too short, not add channel tags, and video end screen. I can help your channel ranking fast. I also help you with Instagram organic growth.
You have LONGMONT in text on your opening statement. But its about LOVELAND, right? A few other places have LONGMONT also, what gives? Great video. I used to live in Loveland back in 1980 for about 10 years..I really miss it, but its not at all what it used to be. people think because its a tourist town they can park wherever, do whatever just like they do with the animals in Estes. Not worth it.
Please do. It will help the economy. Plus, most people with money get it by being successful. Successful individuals model a strong work ethic, innovation, leadership and bring opportunities to a community that needs it.
Thanks for this video. It's a heartfelt reminder as to why we are selling our house and relocating ourselves and our children out there. To give them this gift. I appreciate your family sharing these experiences 😊
We made the move almost 5 years ago and have never looked back! It has been a fantastic experiance for the entire family! We explore, play, learn, and bond through adventure 😎!

Let me know if you're interested, and we can find a convenient time to chat. Thanks for your time and for creating such amazing content.
This topic is highly subjective as everyone has their own likes and dislikes. All I can say is that my family and I love living in this community, and the pros far outweigh the cons!
If you are a reader, a crafter or a maker, Loveland has 4 bookstoers, 3 of which are independent, 2 quilt stores 2 yarn stores, and a swimming beach! Dont forget the sculpture garden!, and Art in the park, every August
So basically he is saying Loveland sucks! If you came rich from California. It might seem reasonable, unfortunately not the reality from the rest of country
Loveland does NOT suck!! It is one of our favorite places in Northern Colorado: great schools, community events, strong economic outlook, and easy access to the mountains and I25.
I was born in Fort Collins in 1980, ended up growing up off 287 and carpenter rd in the neighborhood by cedar supply. Graduated from Loveland high school in 1999. Growing up in between the 2 cities and going to school in Loveland from elementary to high school was a good time. Fast forward to today…… I will never move back. The rich have turned it into something that is way over priced, and because it’s been romanticized for the Rocky Mountains and the city of love title there are entirely way too many people there. The things I used to do as a kid there I would never allow my kids to do if I still lived there. I go back to visit on occasion but that’s as far as I will ever go.
The “rich” are not the problem. The lack of housing has kept upward pressure on the market. We appreciate the growing community for the new businesses and opportunities it provides. I remember riding my bike to the pool and having to be home at 5 pm; no way I would let my kids do that🫣!
I am working on it👌🏼. Let me know if you like the video coming out next Friday: Full Driving Tour of Berthoud Colorado. I filmed this to show off more of the town.
I really appreciate this video. It's been more helpful then you know as we attempt a move out there with kids this summer after wanting to for many years. ❤
@livinginlongmont we are on the fence. I've visited Colorado a number of times since 1996 when i fell in love with it.. The last being 10 years ago having coffee at Ziggys there in Longmont. ( not sure if it's still there!). Its always felt like home ( and as we headed home we felt like we were going on vacation!) We are considering Castle Rock and Longmont, but have also considered Golden, Colorado Springs and Ft Collins too previously. A must is a good high school for my older sons senior year.
@JeniferRainville these are all great areas! They are all significantly different in terms of community, lifestyle, and cost of living. Shoot me a call or text (720)741-7474 or grab a spot on my calendar for a Zoom. 👉🏼sellinglongmont.com/calendar
@livinginlongmont I will do that. Maybe next week. I am currently packing things up to prepare to put our house on the market in CT. Fyi, we aren't looking to buy right away , we are looking for a house rental for at least a year. I dont want to be misleading and have you give me your time thinking we are looking to buy right away . Other than that I would appreciate feedback on these areas if you don't mind.
@JeniferRainville When people ask me what I do for a living, my response is, “I help people.” I know what it feels like to relocate here, and I am happy to hop on a call and share my knowledge of Colorado. I look forward to connecting with you soon 😎
We are moving to longmont October 1st with our 2 dogs! We have American Staffordshire and learning there are tons of restrictions with that breed renting. Looking at private house rentals as well. Any advice would help, we are moving from Milwaukee Wisconsin!
@livinginlongmont No worries and also I don't know if you take requests but can you make videos about your mma days? Also not to name drop but there was a badass ufc fighter by the name of diesel aka two solid bricks aka mad boxing skills. He mentioned how disrespectful Dana became through out the years when he had his 2nd stint in the ufc. We talked on the phone for hours. Also I train in judo/sambo and we have a connection with gokor and Armenians. The best story is guys who train in martial arts and use their new found discipline to become winners in life. I remember train judo aka quincy rice (rip) mentioned that lots of dudes become great at fighting but they end up becoming bad mofos in life. I think that it's good to have few fights to test ones character and not a career. I would love to hear more about your story and how you overcame the bullying pressure of mma community and became master of your domain. Last thing is, I am from the same town as Jason Thacker. When he did not do well, local mma community stalked and attacked him. Back then mma was tied to gang members and criminals. Mid 2000s man...
number 1 should have been the shear number of people moving here! Everywhere you look now is new apartments going up everywhere. Used to be a true small town now its just way to crowded.
Colorado is a melting pot of people chasing adventure in the Rocky Mountains. We love the town and all the new businesses and opportunities that come with growth. 😎
When I left Boulder in 2015 it wasn't NEARLY as congested as it is now! Most of those apartments weren't even there! Came back for a visit in 2022 and it was WAAAAAAY different! Still nice tho. But for some reason, it now feels like California!
@livinginlongmont Awesome, thank you! We're still a few years away from buying a home (I think, haha) but you'll definitely be the first person we reach out to when it's time.
@sarahchaney6723 Most people think that, but I would highly recommend jumping on a call with me to set a winning strategy. There's no reason to keep paying rent if you don't have to 🤔.
Wife and i moved to Loveland in 2018.Traffic is not bad at all.Rush hour there are more cars on the road but nothing like the Denver metro area.Main reason we moved here.Old town Love is cool.Breweries,Restaurants and nightlife.Everything we want or need is within 5 to ten minutes from are house.Ft Collins 15 minutes.Longmont 20 minutes.Boulder and N Denver 45 minutes.Winters can get pretty cold but you can get days with high temp in the 50s and 60s.I think Loveland is a great place to live.Check it out.
I've tried watching about 5 different videos in hopes that someone would show me otherwise, but "downtown" just looks like every gentrified retail/rental project around the country. They're all named either "city place" or "towne centre" or something similar. This isn't a downtown, it's a marketing project. MEH af.
Revenue is part of the process of building a city. Without a way to move revenue through local businesses and back to the town through tax revenue, the city will not have the money to fund new projects, parks, or roads. We love attending the free events and being part of the community.
@@livinginlongmont Sure, but it doesn’t feel organic. I think he mentioned a few companies got together to build this town exactly like this? It makes it all feel like as fake as Disney lol there doesn’t look like to be any organic growth; everything looks manufactured to look exactly like every other gentrification project across the country with absolutely no real personality. Give me an old town with actual history and decades of organic growth over someone’s obvious cash-cow.
It's been a downtown since before they put the lawn in, but it's OK if you never visit. Keep looking for authentic experiences without actually leaving the house!
@@lauralake7430 I travel to a different city every week, baby boy. I go to plenty of authentic places, but keep falling for whatever bullshit this fake ass town is feeding you.
we want to move within larimer county but geez, watching the news from yesterday...saw a guy walking with a laundry basket over his head...golf sized hailstones
