Worth mentioning this no longer works in Italy, during roman times Italy was significantly dryer during the summer, which much lower humidity levels. Much closer to an arid climate than today. These days the humidity during summer has risen making this feature less effective.
when you are running your AC sitting in one spot and you see the puddle of water underneath your car, the same thing is happening. He's collecting the condensation vs cars A/Cs drains it out. Free Palestine 🇵🇸
I love how they never talk about the toxic waste of plastic plants or the pollution of air it causes lol every one is so busy getting their back pats and kudos points for being green and environmentally friendly and for being innovative don’t get me wrong it’s a great idea it just causes pollution itself in other ways not to mention all of that is very cancerous to humans
Wow, cool, it turns out you can survive in the desert after all. All you need is thousands of gallons of water and a reliable water source to replenish that water. AMAZING.
Flooding from rain water is generally caused by the ground either being so dry that it does not absorb it as quickly as needed, or the ground is already oversaturated. So this will accomplish very little
Great, let's live without a running toilet and eat bugs, so we can film it with a drone, some iPhones, cameras...to upload onto RU-vid for money and fame 😂
They make it sound like this material will allow it to seep into the ground beneath it. I'm not an expert, but that sounds like a sink hole waiting to happen.
Funny to see that a lot of American tourists are astonished because in other part of the world you have no A/C. It in traditional old buildings in a lot of places you can really live without A/C. I live in Europe, my house was built in 1715 with thick stone walls. Even with outside temperature around 35 / 37 ° Celsius ( should be 95 ° F) inside without any A/C the temperature is around 25° C ( 77 ° F) without any electricity… and I must had that we have wooden shutters on each windows…
