You sound like someone who's been paid by their boss to spread lies and mislead people... Or has the fine state of Georgia gone the same way as California and spent their entire tobacco budget ahead of time? Nobody is saying vaping an e-Cigarette is 100% safe, they're all saying it's 99% safer than SMOKING A REAL CIGARETTE. As far as it being a "Smoking Cessation" device, it *is*. If you're not smoking a tobacco cigarette or equivalent (cigar, cigarillo, etc) then it's a cessation. Wake up and talk to some e-Cigarette users before spouting some pre-written nonsense designed to scaremonger and defame..
