The sudden spike in difficulty with this boss is insane. Why did they make him so needlessly hard to beat? I'm literally going to have to start a new game on easy difficulty, because I just can't get past this boss on normal difficulty.

Because in the mid game and the last father and son fight was all about following the baseless code of honor and obeying the shogun - it's literally what the game and ghost is about. Also the final dialogue: "You have no Honor... And you are a slave to it" And the endhing where he reminds Shimura why he fight... "I have no Honor..." And he won't kill his family for that same honor code he was against.

Such a misleading game..such a trashcan fake game..such a ideological brain dead damage game.

i like how Marvin is so calm and gentle with Claire, as opposed to him obviously being more assertive and raising his voice at Leon, being his boss and all. Genuinely just a likeable character, shame we didn't get to see more of him.
