Ask them to provide renewal rate history of builder+ iul 2 product and you will get answers. Product is good for death benefit and living benefit but don’t buy for max tax free income, you will regret 😢 purchase after 2-3 years when you see caps go down drastically. There other 3 to 4 companies who underpromises and over deliver also have better renewal rate history.
