Are you fed up with being robbed at the gas pump every week?
We're here to help! Our crazy new series, Ain't Fuelin' will help you get more miles out of every gallon.
MPGomatic car reviews focus on gas mileage, 0-60 MPH tests, driveability & digital audio integration. 0-60 MPH acceleration clips put you in the driver's seat, and from-the-floor reports bring cutting edge automotive technology to your browser.
We try to upload at least one video segment per week, usually on Saturday mornings. We do Hangouts on Air from time to time, but do not have a set schedule for that ... yet ...
Please Note: All of the vehicles we review (unless otherwise noted) are provided by their respective manufacturers.
We welcome your participation in the comment threads but ask that you please keep it clean and refrain from personal attacks. Trolls will not be tolerated.
Our 2009 sport is still going strong! Had her since she was on the showroom floor. Bought her during the cash for clunker government deal. Use a second backup car.
Before buying one of these things, remove the aircleaner base. Examine the condition of the brake lines that chose to put the lines directly under the radiator filler tank. Were the engineers on vacation when they chose that location. Now the company will not sell or better yet, give you new brake lines for doing something so dumb! There are three lines that pass in the same place. Not only did they do that, the tank in question has large coolant line that if the fastener loosens over time, it will continuously keep your brake lines in a corrosive envirement. Who is going to have to pay to get this stupidity fixed?
Ijust bought a Honda Insght 2010 with only 100k miles on it but the IMA light on... just turned on today, if I turn the switch off, woulf affect the vehicle performance? please answer me if any person knows the answer please.. thanks in advance... God Bless you.
This always happens when you reset your tripometer. Especially after filling the tank. I gas up at our local Sam's Club gas station, which is 12.7 miles away. I then take local streets and lone highways home instead of the Interstate, trying to avoid traffic so I can avg 40 MPH. Here's the key: USE CRUISE CONTROL WHENEVER POSSIBLE, all the time if you can. By doing this, you're letting the hybrid system DO ITS BEST. I average anywhere between 70-90 MPG in the 12.7 mile journey home!
I have a 2012 Jeep liberty Latitude 4x4. I absolutely love it. But I definitely need a better tire choice for snow than I currently have. It came with Ironman SUV tires and they suck in the winter.
man i just used this kit today and my finished product came back all scuffed up pretty bad. it's not a horrible finish but it definitely doesn't look like your finished product.
