Im bookes into Coach G all the way from Aberdeen to London Kings Cross on September 4th in about 6 weeks time - purely because the buffet car is there, something GWR should have had really given how not reliable the trolley services are.

I remember the first time I travelled on the train from London Victoria to Dover priority, one thing I didn’t realise is sometimes the train splits in half (so one half of the train will go to Dover and the other half goes to Margate).
yes. there are only 5 services per day (mon to fri) that divide at faversham with the front portion to ramsgate and the rear portion to dover, departing from victoria at: 0640 1440 1510 1540 1610
