Great video. We were on the same cruise, and we also saw this amazing display. The Captain, the onboard naturalist, and the ship's videographer all said it was the largest calving they had seen at Margerie Glacier.

Were the waves felt as they passed the ship?

Only a very gentle rocking. The ship is quite large and nothing moves it very much.
