He's right. I'm 162 cm which is absolutely tiny for a guy. Spent my late teens and early twenties complaining that girls didn't like me because I was too short. Then I got addicted to bouldering and i put on some muscle. I have way more attention now from bros and girls. Also started to take care of my skin and clothing. No need to spend hundreds of euros on fancy clothes, just wear stuff that enhance your looks. Yes, it is harder than if I were 180cm, of course it is. But, it makes me give everything I have and strive for the best. Which is attractive to women. Keep your heads up fellas, don't fall to the incel trap. It won't bring anything good into your life.
