So glad to know you are recovered! Also had a cancer, in a different plumbing system. The symptoms of bladder cancer started July '22, stopped in Nov. Thought it was stones. July '23 they returned, and was identified. Fortunately it was soon enough and entirely removed. Treatment to prevent return continues for life, a double meaning intended. I encourage everyone, if you have strange symptoms, get it checked immediately! Don't have time? Delay and you may not have any. Love this channel!

You should check out Guy Clark's " Magnolia Wind" done by EmmyLou and John Prine at Guy Clark's tribute concert. The song is probably the most haunting love song nobody has ever heard of and Harris and Price singing together ... you got to hear them. Her voice so lovely and Prine is Prine, Nobody sings like John Prine., the perfect mix.
If country music had followed this and the path on of bands like the New Riders of the Purple Sage... instead of where it has gone, I might actually like it.

@@DjPjrocReacts911 So do a lot of other reactors. They thought they knew what country was, until they actually listened to it. But you were the first one I saw that actually went out and started doing some research. I have noticed a few others are starting to do that. Maybe they watched you and thought it was a good idea.
@@DjPjrocReacts911 got a couple of leftovers for today. When I was growing up in Cape May County NJ, I thought seafood, especially clams and crabs were poor peoples food. Dad did a lot of hunting, fishing, crabbing, and clamming to put food on the table. The only beef we ate was hamburger and once in a rare while, a roast. Didn’t have steak til I was grown and married. Chicken, some pork chops, the occasional ham…. Then the first time I saw the menu at a seafood restaurant……I realized we were eating the expensive stuff back then. Can’t do that now as there are so many restrictions in place to prevent over harvesting.
You can feel their chemistry. Faith was pregnant with their first child. That is why Faith cut her hair. You can't take care of a newborn and long hair at the same time. Hahaha They have several great duets as well as their successful separate careers. Great choice. Great reaction P.J and friends

There's a story about James Taylor working up a cover of WL that reveals a bit of its genius: JT is working out the chords, and he calls Jimmy Webb: "Jimmy, you said this song's in F, right?" Jimmy: "That's right." JT: "But it never goes to F." Jimmy: "That's right." And there's the genius - the listener feels the protagonist's unease because the song never resolves to the tonic!
Thank you for going back in time to the very beginning of what we call country music. The Carter Family are a foundation block in its construction. This is the music of my fathers and it is what we grew up on.
