I can throw a Grace, Realm, Ether, DD1, DD3, Boss, Shryke, Thrasher, Nuke. But for some reason I can't throw a Destroyer. It never flys like it numbers say it does.
Josef putting with the Berg, so not from 2024, guess It were last year when Stokely actualy were there on the Euro-tour part of his travels! Good tidbit, these clips adds perspective on shot selection! ;)
You can watch a million videos about power pocket etc but the only honest way to improve is by non stop practice. Trial and error trial and error. One outta a million people will learn it in a book or video. You’ll never get it until you can feel it.
Just stop trying to throw a disc with power like it’s a rock and let the disc do the work and you’ll add 50’ to your drives. You’ll throw your arm out not the disc out
Finally someone mentioned XCal and Max. XCal is a fine disc for every beginner player *cough* like I was 15 years ago. I have gotten it to glide once, but trust me, it always fades left. Never gotten any glide from Max. Proper brickware.
Dude your putting strategy of factoring the necessary power to hit the target by assigning a spin count has significantly improved my putting. It helps keep me from shorting putts and gives me a better metric for hitting longer putts. Thank you.
Hey Pulsea Disc Golf Academy, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
@@pulsea_dga It turns out I've been putting too many rotations on the disc. I feel I always putt better when I take time to relax, and it seems that relaxed state naturally lowers the rotation count. I found it challenging to practice getting a certain number of rotations, mainly reducing the rotations. I think this video summarizes why good putting feels effortless.
Dear friend 😎 On top of numerous A-tier event wins Matt won the Delaware Disc Golf Challenge (Elite Series) a few years back. On top of that he cashed out the $25k ace pot at DDO, and is the Putting World Champion 2016.
Not entirely sure who devised the presentation, whether Matt or someone else, but it's flawless and perfectly efficient--the instructional presentation. Don't know about the 1x/2x/3x spin to distance yet, but thanks to this video, I know exactly how to learn it for myself. Damn this is concise, perfectly clear and memorable. Very very well done! Technical writers train for this level of clarity. Looking forward to more content.
I'm going to need a link to purchase some Matr Bell merchandise. I've spent hundreds of dollars in lessons with several 1000 rated pros including 2 on the tour. My main issue has always been the pulling the putt right. No matter in practice or in tournament this has always been an issue. For years I've tried multiple of stances and every swing technique. I stepped up to open this year and I'm currently stressing I'm going to lose sponsorship. In the 5 minutes in the back yard replicating this I'm not pulling. Thank you
this is the secret.. can you get the whip sound standing right in front of a wall! it forces you to coil much more and makes your timing synch up or no snap sound or hit hand on wall haha .. literally the best drill of all-time!
So much surf and disc golf crossover I got the pipeline and bonzai from DGA for the surf theme, these companies need to work more crossover sport tie ins
