\tMachine Design Consideration When you actually design the any machine/mechanism a lot of parameters like material, machine size, pneumatics etc. are required to be considered. \tOnline Calculation Tools For designing any machine some calculations are required. Many times, it is not possible to have hand calculations. So, we discuss about many online digital tools that will help for optimum product selection. \tComponent Selection There are a lot of components like actuators, grippers, shock absorbers, sensors etc. required for machine building. So, what are the inputs required for the selection of these components and what are the outputs of these components, everting you will find on our channel.

@@jaypanchal1997 Hello Jay Check out this video : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5aPmPYow3_E.htmlsi=6EcpImv64e87biev You might get some idea.
Hello Sir, Can you make one video on tolerance stack analysis (considering tolerance in 3Dinensional)by taking real world examples And how to deal for controlling stackup value.
Hello Please check out the video. This might help you to directly get all the parameters required for vacuum system. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-M5ceWAxVkig.htmlsi=m3m31b3pB9iCKLux
My application is a control surface for a UAM that of course will undergo hinge moment due to aerodynamic force. How can I model that additional Torque on this? I am using the Arm application. Thank you!
1) For deflection, you have to check that how much deflection is permissible in your application. 2)The results from the SolidWorks might not be fully accurate as the software has its own limitations. Yes, the mesh size/type matters a lot and for detailed analysis you can go with Ansys. Mesh convergence Study is required to be done for more accurate results.
@sagar 1) For deflection, you have to check that how much deflection is permissible in your application. 2) For stress, you can check the value with yield strength of the material. if the induce stress in the body at some section is greater than the yield strength of the material, the part will undergo a permanent deformation. This is not required. this can also be corelated with Factor of safety. You can also get results for FOS and can decide whether the stress is within the permissible limit or not.
Hi bro, your videos are well and good. Ur concept explanations are easily understandable and very useful to us.plz put a video for lifting tackles, lifting tool & equipment design & calculations.
The rail span and Block span will be dependent on your mounting plate dimensions and the space availability in your design. So as per your design those values should be considered.!
The material selection depends on many factors. It depends on the material of job. If you are using some location/resting pins those should not damage the parts. The fixture plate if it is removable you need to think about its weight. Lot of factors are there. I will try to cover some of the points in some other video. Thank you for the suggestion!!!
Sir , Have you ever created any WhatsApp group or kind of channel where all Design Engineers can connect together and share knowledge in the best possible way ? That would be very helpful like me who is also working as a Design Engineer in OEM industry.🙌
Hello Hemraj... As of now I haven't created any WhatsApp group where all designers can connect together and share their knowledge. But it's a really good suggestion and I will look into it. Thank you🙏
Hello Hemraj... You can just check out the videos on channel regarding selection of pneumatic actuators, grippers and many others. I will be coming up with many other selection tools also. So stay tuned!!
Hello Krishna, the safety margin value is to take care for the impacts that occur. during normal transportation. If high acceleration, deceleration or impact forces are encountered during motion, a further margin of safety should be considered.
