Wish i had seen this video before I bought my TV. For all my research, I had no idea about this and thought it was all the same. I ended up buying UHD. If I had know what the difference was, I would have focused my search keywords on "QLED" instead of "4K TV"
The only thing I don't like about 10fastfingers is that it doesn't use punctuation. When you're typing actual text, you need to know where the punctuation is and be able to accurately reach for it. My favourite typing software, both offline, are Stamina, which is free, and Typing Master, which you have to paid for. With Stamina, you can load in your own txt files from Gutenberg and your own music to type to. It also makes rude sounds when you make an error. Typing Master trains all the keys and helps to increase accuracy if you already know them. It costs around £20 which is a one off payment, not a subscription. I have no affiliation to either, but use them to increase speed and accuracy. Stamina is lots of fun.
Joe Beatty Unless I missed something, the normal, universal way of typing is using a QWERTY keyboard which has a home row of ASDF that you seemed very fond of repeating. Also this keyboard was designed to accommodate the poor design of early typewriters so that the letters would not get jammed during rapid typing. There are other keyboards with a more logical design for speed in the context of letter location and modern digital word processing such as it is today. Were you referring to one of those and just calling it ASDF? Or were you just referring to touch typing as opposed to hunt and peck?
They did a good job of mimicking the sound of a typewriter with this one. I'm not affiliated with Corsair any way but it stands to reason that being a former typewriter manufacturer they would make good keyboards.
The one thing you need to do when figuring your score is to deduct a word for each error you make. for example. if you type 50 words per minute with two errors, you would deduct two words and your adjusted score would be 48 words per minute. Also a 'word' consists of five characters and it can be a combination of words, numbers, or punctuation marks so for example; when you type, and it, it counts as one word not two.
Since Google Assistant is utterly useless, it only functions if one speaks to it slowly, and articulates what one is saying very clearly. The failure of Google to correct its flaws is impressive - in a bad way.
What a great message you said there, although I am not dedicated to this because I don’t care. I have much better things to be dedicated about, and it’s not just about me.

Do some more research my guy. Cherry isnt the master race in keyboards. Far from it in fact. Too many other switches are cheaper and offer almost identical feel.
