I've seen people let it cool from the yellow and then freeze it. people who temper it in oil. my idea is a lot of temperature = austenite + abrupt cooling = martensite ... this is so with the 440... I have to break it and how much temperature and time ...
ED PARKER 100%. I originally bought on without this smart screen on it and ended up selling it for some crazy reason. The second I sold it I immediately regretted getting rid of it. Now that I was able to save up for this one I’m never getting rid of it haha. Also, I don’t know of another way to HT stainless
