Anybody here knows how to make zenology work on ableton in windows. Just downloaded zenology from roland cloud manager and it's showing up anywhere. I can see the zenology folder in my vst3 folder but it's not showing up inside ableton
if you could talk more about sound selection that would be mad, i know it's subjective but even just verbalising ur thoughts when selecting sounds! love from tas
Why do people make these interestingly designed synth melodies only to ruin it by using the same cookie cutter drums and rhythms and bland 808 bass hits that everyone uses? It's like smearing cheap ketchup on a perfectly grilled piece of wagyu steak and I don't understand 😭
@@Taqes I would probably do something completely different and the genre wouldn’t be the same as whatever this ended up being - my personal taste would have been to use a deep low-passed growly bass and have drums that fit in more with the general sound design - a bit airier, ride cymbals, reverb. A thick kick would still work. The advantage though is that you can take this whichever way you want, for example I think this would make a sick hypnotic liquid dnb track for example
@@Taqesaddictive drums then just go to beats page and modify one that’s close to what you like that way you get all the velocity variation and timing changes so it’s more realistic
you should definitely explore flow motion, its a quad oscillator plugin from waves and its super customizable and you can make really weird sounds with it
