My name is Aneurin (Uh-Nye-Rin) and I'm a British Content Creator who focuses on a story experience!
Grew up in Wales and now lives in England, my goal is to share narrative experiences with a wider audience. Be that from text based narrative games like Fallen London, or world based games like Rimworld and many other types in between!
I know this is in the past, yet I'm still screaming in my head at the screen: no, over there! no over there! no that! no stop! no over there you! just go down that! but you forgot the! And so on.Lovely game and well done play through.
dr. Watson doing tai-chi was precious :-D and i think you missed one small table with a "medicine" in the syndicate building ;-) close to hat member. but its just for the fun. not an indicia.
You can still find the bust, it is in one of the containers in Kew Gardens. Not in any main hall, but in one of those small corridors connecting larger rooms, it is quite easy to miss. As for the recording roll, you haven't listened to this one yet. When I was playing this game for a first time, I missed it as well. You can find this roll in a cupboard next to a phonograph.
@@AneurinYT overall sum of stats remained the same :) that -5 and +5 was because you lost one facet and gained another. but the other options are much worse :)
The easiest way to get in to the Monastery is to have tried at least two different brands of Tea at Melusine's tea house at Lustrum in the Reach. You'll be considered a true Tea Connoisseur and be allowed right in.
I think that the mysterious structure you have encountered at 18:08 is an inactive (at the moment) Transit Relay between Albion and Eleutheria. There is a quest that allows you to build the passage between those two regions. You can start it in London, the quest becomes available after you successfully return from Eleutheria. After you complete it, the transit relay to Albion should be there.
Just so you don't get bolcked, because the game forgets to mention this, there are some items belonging to Montague Dunne at Scotland Yard in the Evidence Room that need to be inspected. And by the way, I think you are beginning one of the best case, the Kew Gardens, even if smaller that in real life, are the nicest location in this game.
@@mariachicz5075 Yes, Kew Gardens do exist. There are located in West London, close to Richmond. There are much larger in real life though. Obviously they had to make them more compact for the purpose of this game. But they are really worth visiting
I don't know if it ever made it over to the UK but there was a show in the late 90s called "Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century" and it had a clone of Sherlock Holmes solving mysteries with a robot Watson. These videos just brought those memories back. It was a fun show lol
i was exactly like you at the beginning of chapter. it have to be ice weapon. but then... silver dagger :(, gold dagger :(( i lost hope. when it finally was ice dagger, i was very satisfied :-DD but now i am thinking, how do you even hold ice weapon? doesnt it melt in your hand? :))) doesnt it slide out, whe you do the hit?
you'd have to act fast, that's for sure. Maybe wrap a towel or something around the base to act as isolation and to soak up the melt a bit so it doesn't get slippery too fast
Unfortunately you have missed one object near the entrance to the catacombs under Frigidarum, where you found broken glass plate and ice bucket. I also missed it the first time I was playing this game, and got super confused as what to do next, after finding the golden knife. After you click on it, you will be able to proceed further and conclude this case
there is a chance, it hatches some special animal, which starts a quest :) and could lead to new mascot. but it is quite rare. its one of 2 achievements i am still missing. chance of hatching is a bit better, when you got 3 or more eggs at same time.
