Hi, I'm Chelle and I'm a cosplayer! On this channel we believe three things: cosplay should be accessible, safe, and fun for everyone. Here you'll find cosplay tips, product reviews, and convention vlogs. I try to make videos that are helpful and entertaining, whether you've cosplayed for years or are just starting out.

I live in Canada and ordering a wig from the coscraft in the UK is like 10$ cheaper than ordering a wig in my own country for the same style of wig (and with the canadian werehouse closing and they just announced a price increase, I think it's goodbye arda for me). Also I'd like to add that I'm not even surprised that shipping to the US is cheaper than shipping to Canada for a Canadian company 🥲 If it helps anyone seeing this: Also in my personal experience, I also found that the coscraft fibers tends to tangle less than Arda. I also ordered from coscraft once and they wigs are very tight
Oh wow one of the con guests was Loonette from the Big Comfy Couch?! That was also my childhood omg. Being a cosplay guest sounds so exciting! Loved the vlog and behind the scenes look. I feel like your signed prints were way too cheap, like they couldve been $5 easily! But again it was your first time being an official guest and having a table, so I understand you pricing them that low because you're not sure if they'd actually sell. The frogs were definitely a good idea though, they look so cute to make! Maybe next time youre a guest, you can get some stickers made for your table. That way you have an item thats cheap at $2 to sell so youre not underpricing your other things.
Thanks for watching! It was definitely an awesome experience. Like I said in the video, I'm not big on cosplay prints personally. I mostly got them so I could have at least one cheap option if people wanted something small as a souvenir! I did consider stickers, but they're considerably more expensive to produce. I did actually sell out of one of the prints, so now I know which characters to order more if I guest again!
You guys got treats during your MCAS? /meme voice I’m so glad you had such a wonderful time as your first guest experience Chelle!! Here’s too many more for you ✨
I'm sorta scared to get the cosplay I want, mainly because I might regret it and people won't know my character, I'm wanting to cosplay Nikolai gogol from bungo stray dogs
I don’t have a head to put my wig on when I’m not using it so until it’s ready to be styled, I have it out of cardboard box standing up 😅 had to get creative
Other reasons cash is better than are sometime vendors remove taxes with cash payments, and it prevents sneaky vendors from charging in foreign currency. I'm in Canada, sometime vendors sell something, they charge the exact amount in cash, but will collect in US dollar instead of Canadian dollar by credit card or debit card, so you get overcharged.
23:51 😮That was me!!!! I haven't watched any con vlogs since katsu bc I've been crazy busy but I wasn't expecting you guys to mention me omg😭 It was great meeting you!!! & thanks for liking my ellie cos!! I put a lot of effort into it, so I appreciate it🫶 It was SUCH a fun first con & meeting someone I actually followed definitely made it more memorable😭
i cosplayed for the first time a week or so ago. i had a lot of fun but my mistake was choosing a genshin cosplay as my first one. i carried a 193 cm scythe and wore really tight pants where if i sat down there was a good chance of it ripping. i wore heels for the first time too and i wore them for 7 hours. i was hot and sweaty but i looked very cool. :)
omg i made it in! I had no idea you were gonna be at AB, if I go next year I definitely gotta spend more time at the con and meet all the east-coast cosplayers I admire 🥺
Your performance was stunning! I loved all the different elements you included, from the reverse bear trap prop to the acid quick-change. My favorite part was the 'flashback' video, I didn't include it in the cut but my friends and I were CRACKING up at the playground footage. It was such a good example of everything that a winning skit can include, great work!
Slept on couch cushions, yet YOU STILL SLAYED! I don't think it made it into the vlog, but at AB 2023 we forgot the pump for the air mattress. We made it work with a hair dryer and a paper cone XD
I cut a lot of the hotel chaos for time, so here's some extra detail: When we were told they didn't have any more pillows and blankets, I said "Ok, so we didn't get the double we booked, we didn't get any cots, and now there's no blankets either?" In response, the receptionist said, I QUOTE "Well I can't give you what I don't have" as she gave me the rudest facial expression. So yeah, don't book the Hilton. Running out of stuff happens, but not even saying sorry was what got me.
@@ChelleBelleCosplay Brooooo. A customer who booked a double room and simply got 0 what they’re paying for deserves an apology and some sort of compensation. A comped night at least. Especially when their reservation has four people on it. DISGUSTANG
i was convinced that i wasn’t gonna see you guys but then i saw you guys in the elevator!! I wish i said hi! and im also convinced the ac was broken bc it was so HOT all weekend we were dyin 😭
Ahhh a belated elevator hello to you!!! 👋 I'm sorry you had temperature issues too, we ended up turning off the AC/heating unit entirely and it was a lot better! Thank goodness it was March and not December or August 😅
