The due date of the credit card is 8 March 2024, I deposited the cheque on 7th March 2024 around 3.45pm during banking hours and got the acknowledgement slip as in 11th March 2024, Would you consider it over due? The answer is a big NO. But if 8th is Holiday, 9th is Holiday and 10th is Holiday. Will the pay in slip stamped as in 11th March 2024? The RBL bank did that with me and now pay extra charges as in over due payment. My question is why you gave me the due date 8th March 2024? The Bank would have given me the date of 4th March 2024 as in due date. Tell me your suggestion, shall I take this issue to an ombudsman?
Sir ek cheez bata dijiye .. ek insan ne mujhe cheque diya hai or current bank ka hai. To mai use withdrawal karne gaya agar or us account me balance nahi raha to mera cheque kharab ho jayega kya? Please reply sir
Sir one question please answer it Can a person withdraw money where self written in pay on cheque from bank account. Is self means the person who gave the cheque needs to present thr for doing cash from bank please clarify it.

Bina jawabdaari liye agar bank chalana hai tab to bada hi aashan kaam ho gaya . Ye bank chalana .adhiktar palda jhad lete hai ye banks bhi kya ye sahi kaam hai. Banking system me kafi sudhar ki jaroorat hai RBI should be Active for this other wise aap ki kitani badi monopoly ho samay ke saath update nahi hue to oudated ho jaaoyoge banking system se . Phir kis baat se muh uthkar public ka paisa lete hai ye . Ghar me rakha to gov bhi ise black money kar deti hai aakhir aam adami kar to kya kare should think upon that jo jyada intelligent hone ka dava karte hai unhe jaroor sochana chahiye

Sir Yah bataye ki kisi ne Punjab National Bank ka cheque diya hai.aur cheque pane wale ka account state bank of India me hai. To cheque pane wala vykti us cheque ko kaun sa bank me jama karega.punjab national bank me ya state bank of India me.please reply
सर 13/3/2013 इस तारीख को चेक बाउन्स हुआ हैं ऐसा नोटीस आया था उसके बाद के सारे emi कॅश मे दिये थे, फिर 2015 में नोटीस आया पेंडिंग चार्जेस देने होंगे नही तो कानूनी कार्यवाई की जायेगी लेकीन आज की तारीख तक कोई नोटीस नहीं आया,लेकीन कल बँक से बात की तो वे बोले लोन status acitve दिखा रहा है,amount 7500 है.लेकिन चेक बाउन्स के बाद के सब emi कॅश मे दिये है.सर अगर बँक को चार्जेस के पैसे नही दिये, तो 2013 के चेक बाउन्स की कानुनी कार्यवाई 2021 मे होगी क्या
