I agree! I would only use it if I had other components outside of the group cruise like t-shirts, group excursions, show tickets, accommodations, airfare, ground transportation, etc. I'm wondering what's going on with this now. Haven't heard anything about it lately.
Last I hear the same travel agent had the same issue with a resort stay in the Caribbean. A Group got there and found out they did not have a resort reservation…
@@delbosquevacations Yeahhh. I remember that. Didn't she fake a heart attack or she pretended to faint or something when she was confronted at the resort? Do you know if she's still selling travel?
What I find disappointing is not that they have different lines, but rather that you have to stand inline to get helped. Like they couldn't answer a phone or conduct it via a teleconference?
Did you have to take a car seat for your kids? We are coming here to Mr sanchos in September and I really don’t want to have to take a car seat my daughter will be 3 1/2 when we sail and right now she is 31 pounds so technically we can’t really use a booster without a back I guess I know those usually say kids age 4 and up and over 40 pounds only
Take it one step further and take the Sim card put and put it in a safe spot or go into your settings and physically slide the esim to off in the Sim manager setting. Any butt dial/touch and you're getting billed and not even know it.
I agree- the guest services should have deal with her sooner- once the politely told the line , that there are indeed 2 lines and she continued- they should have told her that if she continued to be loud they would call security None of the guest should have to deal with that kinds of behavior.
I'm a travel agent and my biggest thing is this. Why didn't she let anyone know when she admitted she knew about 1 month prior that Carnival had cancelled a bunch of people. God bless everyone.

Sorry you had to go through this. As an Elite member also, I've come across this several times by the people who think they know everything but do not OR cannot read the sign that says Elite or Suite .
That’s the thing - there’s a sign! I’m also Elite and my wife and I book suites exclusively. I’ve never seen a Guest Services desk that did not have the “Elite and Suite Guests” sign displayed prominently.
