I would say become more confident in your ability to get a penalty corner and taking shots. The composure comes by if you're doing something, doing it for 100%. Hope that helps
This is a very good tutorial. And I know my next remark will not be taken well. I oppose the reverse shot because it is always blind and is often intensely dangerous as a result. This video validates the "blind" point.
might want to mention you should clip hit to get the shot away faster, it also helps make sure you hit properly if the ball is too close to you (ie not hitting the ground when the ball is close)
Congrats on your 1000 subscribers. Can I suggest you put your stick bag a few meters ahead of the push pass and slap shot, this will eliminate the need to quickly stop the demonstration ball from running away. That way, YOU can complete the technique you are demonstrating. In this excellent video you have had to cut the demonstration before completing the follow through.🧐 Keep up the good work. 💪🏑
