Hello friends, we are Lenah & Niels, a couple from Belgium starting a 5 month bike adventure in April. Our trip will encompass 12 countries in Europe, departing in Istanbul.
A very enjoyable 'watch' - you convey the landscape and solitude well, especially by including the drone shots, though I had to smile when you expressed relief at finding 'peace and quiet' - in a veritable ocean of peace and quiet! The rain gets interpreted by the auto-generated captions as 'applause' and the wind on your mike as 'laughter', both of which inevitably made me smile again … Those wooden beams that tie the railway track together, btw, are called not 'struts' but 'sleepers' in British English. Nobody knows why, but since we sometimes refer to the humps built into roads to slow down drivers as 'sleeping policemen', it's hard not to transfer the same image to railway tracks😉.

Trying more/another sort of comfort while riding. Now I can be a little bit higher when I’m leaning on them, I basically switch between holds all the time while on the bike.

Thank you!🙏🏻 Except for some parts we did avoid riding busy roads. It did take some juggling with our route and zigzagging between inland, coast and islands, but we’re happy with our choices in the end. So some of those quiet bigger roads you see in the video were either inland or on the islands!
