I’ve done some google research online for my upcoming travel to NOLA & hotel monteleone was my favorite of the bunch but price wise i may do the holiday instead.. but that carnival carousel theme 🎡 is soo cool 😩🥰

@@victoriacardenas7738 depends on how long you want to stay on the train. I’d recommend the route from Chicago to San Francisco. That takes 2 and a half days. If you only want to spend one night, get on at Denver and go west. That’s where the best scenery begins

You moved them around too much. You put them in the pot of water to cook. You put them in the boiling water and not too many at a time. That wat they don’t fall to the bottom and stick. Or even better, place the dumpling in a pan with some oil and add a small amount of water. Let them cook until the water is gone and then they will fry in the oil until they are brown. Then serve with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, my favorite, or plum sauce. 😊
I was on this train route and there were at least 36 Amish people drinking playing cards I believe one of them at least was a hooker and they were swearing all the time

Nope. No microwave. There’s also no soda machine in any of the floors. Pack some snacks and drinks with you. There is a fridge near the receptionist with some chips but over priced of course.

Honestly, we've spent more money in other places but we would get more. The burger, fries, and drink were not worth what we paid. The food was good. Aesthetically it's a nice restaurant but not worth $160. No way Jose. If I had a view of a lake with stars, I would say WORTH IT! All I had was trees. A glass ceiling and....I think that's it. I mean check it out. It is a good place to hang out with friends but be careful what you order. Your bill could end up being $200 or more.
I've travelling on Amtrak train even before Amtrak became nationwide (formerly individual railroad passengers companies became no longer confused) for over 53 years. I hopped once or twice a year acrossing any part of USA as I love it and no matter if the train is delays or on time because train travellings are blasting with wonderful socially different people from all over the places and a beauty by looking views passing different areas too. And I'm using mostly sleeper car that is including no extra cost eating in dining car is the best! And their real foods are great! Able to walk entire each cars or standing out of train car on platform if stop for 10 or more minutes (don't wonder away from platform then the train will left by catch up on schedule or be on-time a minute or two before). I used took Southern Pacific (SP) Peninsula Commuter trains for years. SP ran between San Francisco and San Jose, now called Caltrain extended to Gilroy (south of San Jose). Once pandemic will be over and I will resume traveling again plus, dining car foods will resume standard real good food. For you guys are taking a short trip on any long distance Amtrak to see if you like the train before taking longer trip. Also, check train status (keeping repeating if a train is catch up) for the arrival to save your waiting. Enjoy!

While monitoring to the completely refueling in locomotives, done by exchanging suitcases in baggage car, finishing refueling water each car and less passengers hopping in or hopping out will be leaving early as a schedule.
Loved this video! I enjoy videos that show me the kinds of things I would want to know about. I did not know there was a new mall! We enjoy shopping at malls when we travel because sometimes stores in different areas of the country have different items, especially shoes. Also, when I wear something that I bought when I was out of town, it reminds me of the trip! You made me smile when you were thinking of names for the lizard. I think Wallace was the perfect name! I know for Valentine’s Day they will be doing fireworks. I suggest to check the website to see what their schedule is for the month. I don’t see any fireworks for the month of March but it could change. I hope this helps.
Hi Rosie. You have to go to the receptionist in the main entrance and pick up your Uber eats. I didn't like this, however, it makes you feel safe knowing unless you are a guest the elevator wont take you to the rooms. In order for the elevator to go up to the room floors you have to have a room key. Even though it sucks going to the receptionist area to pick up your food, safety is key for me so I would say this is a good thing. Let me know if you have any further questions 😊.
