Kahn’s walking bass line in the second half is like a leisurely stroll in the forest of jazzy blues. This is a killer tune. Jerry’s plays some really funky jazzed out chords too. The club must have been Smokey this night.

The ONLY bad thing about seeing the Dead live way back when (60's-'70's) was you would hear a tune not yet on Vinyl and dont know the words or anything. A coupla times a year you would always hear a few that hadnt been released yet OR heard on a 'trade' Cassett. IThing I remember most (and miss) I remember No hassles ever, not having to lock car doors, show up empty-pocketed and you would STLL have a blast because everything was just about free (or cheap) from other Dead-Heads.
