I've been shopping here for over two years now. I haven't found anything I really didn't enjoy - I don't always tolerate the spices well, so steer away from that, but even the sausages are terrific. My most favorite in the poultry is the duck - for goodness sake it is unbeatable. I've heard people talk who had farm ducks and say they will never touch duck again, but this duck, just baked with salt in the oven, is the best I've ever eaten!!! I get one at Christmas and serve along with turkey and/or ham for family. The duck is always the first to go, kids fighting over the skin and asking to take the broth home. It is soooo very good! I also really enjoy the beef short ribs - cook them slowly, first hour - sort of chewy, then something magical happens in the next hour and they melt in your mouth. The deep beefy flavor is rarely experienced in other cuts, these are wonderful! Then you have those pork bellies. I am a carnivore, if you couldn't tell, mostly only eating meat. The pork bellies are a splurge of unbridled fantastic-ness! I cook these covered in the oven for 90 minutes or so, then take the lid off and let them crisp up. Wow! even my cat, the most particular eater in the world, comes running when she smells these coming out of the oven! I order online, the meat is always still frozen upon arrival, come when they say it will or before, it's so convenient and I am very thankful for these guys!!!
I will definitely be trying this cooking method. I don't like stiff scrambled eggs. Have you tried this method with some milk or cream mixed with the eggs?
Hello, I was analyzing your RU-vid Channel.. Your channel and video content are very Good. Also, the thumbnail design is very attractive. But here are some big problems. You didn't get views.... Do you want to talk about it for a while? I'm waiting for your reply. Thanks
Love me some chopped cheese, great video brother. I joined your family and we need to get you in a collaboration. I recently did one with 30 other channels and it was a great time.
@@rampagebbq The FL humidity is definitely a concern with the Yoder. Thanks for the quick response. Smokin Bros, Pitts and Spitts and Yoder are on my short list of candidates.
Just ordered mine about two weeks ago! Think I got about the same one as yours. How did you go about getting your logo sent off to them, did they contact you or did you just email it to them? Thinking about getting the COLT45 malt liquor logo on mine.
Great walk through of the store. I’ve been ordering from Porter Road. But these prices look a little lower. I just got a free 1 year membership with my 1st order. $29 value. I have some plate ribs on the way. Can’t wait.
Congrats. I had mine since last November also, I learned real quick on how to sand the paint and touch it up as needed when mine toppled down in my backyard during seasoning run (snapping and bending the shelf hinges). Chris graciously replaced it free of charge and sent me home with a new shelf, sand paper (I bought a couple of cans of paint already). I also learned to preheat my logs beside the fire management basket instead of on top of the lid to prevent damaging the lid paint. I learned to immediately wipe any grease streak on the outside when cooking lest it bakes in forever,
