Now in its 50th season, Austin City Limits has become the longest running music television show in history. ACL is a long-form music performance television show airing weekly on PBS stations nationwide. Taped live at The Moody Theater in Austin, Texas, the show is known for its high-quality production values and its dedication to showcasing both up-and-coming and established musical icons including Willie Nelson, Stevie Ray Vaughan, B.B. King, Bonnie Raitt, Foo Fighters and many others.
ACL is the only television show to have been awarded the National Medal of the Arts and won a rare institutional Peabody Award in 2012. Both the current and original ACL studios have been enshrined as a Rock & Roll Landmark by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum. The Rock Hall also houses the Austin City Limits archives. In 2002, ACL inspired the launch of the annual Austin City Limits Music Festival, now also a beloved Austin institution. Visit acltv.com and pbs.org/austincitylimits for more.
Blues guitar player learner here. I always take this as my study book. Seriously. I really do hope I can get to have a respectable level to at least play along with a musician such as BB. 😢
Thanks for sharing such valuable information! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (behave today finger ski upon boy assault summer exhaust beauty stereo over). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Funny how Emmylou always has had the best musicians in Nashville back her up on tour throughout her career - who wouldn't want to tour with her. What a band.
Absolutely these 2 young men have been taught by 1 of the best Artist that these generations have been blessed to see and hear thank you Nelson family yaaaay Willie
What an absolute pile of garbage! How about a celebration of BW Sevenson, Rusty Wier, Steve Fromholz, Jerry Jeff Walker,The Lost Gonzo Band.....and how about a salute to all the Austin musicians who continue the tradition. Not enough money in it?! what in bloody hell did Jeff Bridges, Bonnie Raitt, Doyle Bramhall or even RobertEarl Keen have to do with it?
