How can a young Canadian benefit from this? Having them paying more interest on 30 yr mortgage. Also what benefit is it to raise cmhc to 1.5 million, as if first time home buyers (young Canadians) are already rich.. Prices need to go down!! That will benefit them more..
You are right. The Average Canadian Home Price is under $650K Therefore, for the rest of Canada, minus the GTA & Vancouver, the current model works. This is more of a political move. You can call it the Biggest Real Estate Government Ponzi. However, first-time home buyers were reaching out to Bank of Mom & Pop for a downpayment. Especially to buy in the GTA and Vancouver, they would borrow $200,000 - $300,000 from their parent's home equity. For these expensive markets, it allows for a lesser down payment. Reduces the mortgage payment amounts by 9%. The home builders are not building newer homes because construction costs have skyrocketed. The building permit fees municipalities are charging in $300,000. The government can reduce that. Builder's profit margin has to come down. More land to open up for housing. The government should be focusing on that not making loans more affordable and taking lifetime debts.
How are you now brother. My husband had similar surgery just 4 days before and he’s under medication. Continuing with drops . Hope by gods all will be completely cured and get back the vision . You too take care bro .
Great insights that whole of Burlington sales are down almost 30% and this street you are showing and the area sales are up 7% What do you think is the main reason?
Great question. The main reason is price. For example, Burlington detached home average price is $1.65M whereas this area is $1.28M that’s a $400,000 difference. This area is older homes with tons of potential. Great location with probably the most number of amenities. Very undervalued homes and underrated.
I had this same procedure after having a cataract surgery. doctor used slow acting gas. i had it done april 12 and gas just dissolved. its a pain but i can see. ny visuon isnt clear yet. i can see opbects but looks like theres something on my lense or like it beeds to be fine tuned. his next step retina stayed attached thank god now his next object is orking on my vision. o have alot of swelling so im going for a injection to bring that down. im hoping for continued good results. and for you too. its a long process but keep doing what your doing. you will have your vision back before you knowbit

Only one hospital I got now says the surgery cost is 2.8-3.3 million naira, and the doctor only operates for 3 days per month usually at the end of the month. Where can I get this huge money now. Please any body eho can help me out of this problem. I need a competent hospital with bearable cost. .

I have floaters for 25. It is okay. Your doctor is correct. Floaters ko hataneke liaye eye operation karna parta hai. Yo jaruri nai hai. Don’t do it. Big risk. Dry eyes problem hai. Rest your eyes. Drink a lot of water. Do not work on computers 🖥️ for too long.
This is a great opportunity to own freehold homes. More and more everything is converting into condos but this is great a builder did not build a medium rise or something like that.
Hi, my advice is seek second opinion. Please see specialist in another eye hospital. Second or even third opinion is extremely valuable. I am not familiar with pigment epithelial disease?
If you font absolutely have to dont do cataract surgery. Nothing good comes from eye surgery. I had to in one eye,ok. They said zi had another in my good eye bit I couldnt see it. They did my good eye too and now I have all linds of problems. The doctors reported me , got my drivers license taken away. Once you have real eye troubles, your done. You will never see right again. If at all.
I had cataract removed in left eye and haven’t seen since so I canceled my other cataract surgery as i dont want the same as my other eye and sfter the sugery the doctors dont want to be bothered too much with you, except to keep, giving you eye test to see if you can drive as they report straight away to the government to take your licence away
@@UbuteyAustralia I had cataract done on both eyes 2012. My left eye detachment happened Feb/2020. I have lots of floaters on my good eye and lots of lasers done. In Canada 🇨🇦, having one eye is good as having two eyes. They let you drive no problem.
when you purchase one... please air up the tires to 40-45 as the owners manual says.... i rode mine brand new than on a long trip i decided to check tire pressure... it was 15 psi from factory and i had a way smoother ride on pavement at 45 psi 100%
I have surgery monday 15 April. Due to Diabetic Proliferative Retinopathy. Has caused about 5 hemmorages in the eye. Not looking forward to this because i am so active. Its hard for me to be still. I am on the go 24-7 so this is going to be difficult for me. Plus i am riddled with arthritis from 2 MVA that almost killed me. I sure hope you have gotten better now. Praying for you my friend. God bless.
I am so sorry to hear this. You absolutely have to heal first. Do not and I mean it do not rush anything. Mine detached five times. Again and again and I lost two years. If they say facedown, do it as long as you can. Join facebook group facebook.com/share/Abp3xApSTGsd48eP/?mibextid=K35XfP Ask questions here. I am praying for your healing.
@realtorroshan Thank you my friend. I am so sorry to hear about the detachments. The doctor is almost certain I will have a detachment after surgery due to how compromised the eye is. There's really not much hope for it but this is a last chance at being able to see possibly if at all again. So I said let's take the chance. But it's a lose lose. I just refuse to give up without exhausting all options. Are you doing well now days or are complications still arising?
@@HardKnocksTime I am Happy to report I have one good eye and I am okay with it. The other eye is pretty much just there. I cannot read or write with it. I am a Realtor so I need one good eye. I pray everyday it will be okay. Nervous all the time. I did not fly for four years. Just in March I flew to Cancun for the first time. Just afraid with altitude and pressure what ifs. I have changed to become more giving person. This eye shock has changed me forever. I live in the present. Don’t think of the past and paint a good future to look forward to. That's pathetic the size of the fish you get for $30.00 meal at this place, never again!
I had this 3 days ago for fluid behind my eye and now have a gas bubble behind my eye. It feels weird and I just want my eye to be back to normal. It will take six weeks :(
Hope you are recovered now. But how did it all started? I had a cataract surgery and after 8 weeks after of surgery I had PVD in right eye now I am having PVD in left eye both eyes have big floaters that are really annoying in bright daylight.
Thanks. I have very little vision. I cannot read or write or drive with that eye. I can’t walk around even to the bathroom with the hood eye closed. I had retina holes or tear that was found when I had floaters in both eyes in 1999. In 2000, I did lasers to thicken the walls of the holes so that the retina won’t detached. In Feb/2020 I saw a faint purple or blueish shadow. It all started from there on. I let resident optho do a short term gas bubbles. Day 7 after that the entire retina detached and then five surgeries. It is what it is. If my right eye is healthy I am okay and I accept it part of the life. I am alive. I am thankful for that. I have lived with floaters for 25 years. All good. Still annoying.
I won the lottery I guess, during best buy xmas sale $499.99 CAD. I havent used mine yet but at 6'2 250lb i expect a bit of acceleration difference. The g30lp i also have, looks wise its like a bmw. Videos dont do the d38u justice, its like an acura nsx
After riding the scooter for a couple weeks I think its alright. I am a 280 6'2. On normal and sport it doesn't have any problem getting going but has problems in eco. Also only getting around 15 km on a charge. Its getting me to work and back tho. If you're looking for something with more distance I suggest you look else where
I live in Canada but go to Buffalo NY for most medical care. I went to my retinal doctor with a modest symptom at 9:00AM He told me I had a retinal detatchment wanted to operate 11:30 same day. Because I had breakfast the anesthesia folks wouldn't do it so he arranged for emergency surgery in Rochester ny about an hour away. My gas bubble diminished at 2 wks and is almost gone now at 4 wks. No discomfort or complications. In Canada I don't have an eye doctor that will answer the phone let alone arrange surgery. My family doctor doesn't answer or take messages. I have been in the office numerous times and watched the staff routinely ignore the phone even when they aren't busy. They just can't be bothered. I just pay for care it's typically not terribly expensive.
I am so glad to hear this. Yes, me and many folks I met at Facebook groups feel like Canadian doctors are just doing us favours. My retina specialist is the head of Sunnybrook and his response is facial expressions. I am hoping your vision is back to 100% Mine is pretty much legally blind. After five surgeries over 2 year span.
Hello, I am grateful we have two eyes. My left eye went through multiple surgeries. Why? The retina kept detaching. My advice to everyone is please heal totally first before getting back in your normal life. You have a whole life ahead. Do not rush the healing process. Every retina detachment is different. Why it happened? That will tell how well you get back to normal with your vision. Mine, I cannot read or write with that eye. In fact, if I close my hood eye I won’t be able to function. It will be considered legally blind. I still have vision. But I won’t be able to live normal life with only that eye. Again, do not benchmark yourself saying oh my eye sight is going to be like this also. No no. I had other retinal issues like tears holes and very high myopia. Best of luck. If you having this issue please get help, ask for help, and totally heal.
Are you seeing variable and 2 & 3 year fixed rates going down or up last few days or weeks? When last time BoC said they will hold rate end of last year did you see rate go down or up?
As per Ming: The variable rate is based on BOC rate, so it will fluctuate accordingly. Since the BOC increase the rate, the variable rate increased. The 2 & 3 year has also increase. They don’t always wait for the BOC to change rates before the fix rate increase. If the market anticipates that the BOC will increase their rates, the fix rates will increase prior to the announcement. When BOC paused 2x, the fix rate decrease. At that time the market though that rate hikes were over and inflation was more or less under control.
@@realtorroshan whats your take on Sept 6 BoC announcement you think they will hold and do you forsee like last time when they say they will hold fixed rate might go down?
@@citizenm9590 Last Tuesday, Stats Canada released Consumer Price Index for July. Result - Inflation increased from the month before. When inflation hit 2.8% in June; sigh of relief yet BoC increased rates. “We’re close, but there’s still a long fight ahead” Also with 78 labour strikes in first half of 2023; wages have increased. A key driver of inflation. Resulting impact; perhaps yes another rate increase in September.
The facedown depends on whether it is silicone oil or long/short lasting gas bubble they use. My first surgery was long lasting gas bubble and I did facedown for 10 days. My second surgery was silicone oil and I did only 3 days Facedown. My third surgery was again long lasting gas and I did another 10 days. I had to do multiple surgeries because I had multiple detachments. Main thing is it is very hard but you have to do the facedown as long as you can. If you need any specifics, please find me on Facebook Roshan Basnet and we can chat on FB Messenger.
@@realtorroshanthank you very much! I'm considering buying this one, can you still recommend it after two month? I also have an option to purchase G30LP (or G30LE) and now I'm choosing between these two. Your video was very helpful.
@@reversekilla I would get D38. A) It is more adult look. G30LP my 13 year daughter rides and suites her. B) D38 ride quality is amazing. C ) If you are 5’10” plus definitely. Hey major important factor. D38 runs from powered front wheel and G30 rear wheel drive. I find no difference in ride quality while my son thinking rear wheel has more torque. Anyway, D38 has very cool real wheel. If money is not a factor, get D38. You will love it. Enjoy.
