In Olympia, most parents ignore traffic laws with their kids. Many of these parents are civil servants. Youth in Washington State deserve law-abiding, ethical and conscientious civil servants. Their future depends upon it. Let's double traffic fines in capital cites and see law-abiding streets and adults appear. What do you think?
