The bar on the left increases when you run, it decreases when you stop. If it's at max, the 3 chasers will all speed up to match your current speed (that's what I understand about it)
are you OUT OF YOUR MIND?? ok ok i get it. who wants to listen to some sign in a barely functioning sublevel, but i was WARNING YOU for a REASON. look i can give you a quick explanation about why you shouldn't be here. sub-branches aren't supposed to exist. they just kinda, happen. what you just entered, is a sub-branch WITHIN a sub-branch. we talking double mistakes on mistakes here pal. what im trying to stop from happening is you going too deep in a sub-branch, like in talking about "Sublevel 61DABEA" or something, while is VERY unlikely for one to exist im NOT going to let you get there, these mistakes can lead you to being booted out of the universe entirely due to corruption. every person i know who has left the universe. has either never came back, or came back completely different, i dont know if you, a player, would be any different. but im just paranoid, alright? im gonna let you go, but please do not try to find a deeper sub-branch, alright? good? good ok im just gonna let you go now. -Smiler_Sadder
