Can this be scaled down to a residential single family home? For a lot size of 200 square meters. I hope you can do a video on a scaled down wetland. Thanks.

Los humedales son unidades fisiográficas muy particulares que vienen siendo intervenidas por la presión urbanizadora. Se requiere de políticas serias y responsables para ordenar su desempeño y permanencia en el paisaje urbano. Excelente iniciativa, gracias

This is an illuminating and inspirational interview. The wealth of experience and wisdom that he was able to share in this short interview will much help the future of wetlands by shaping better wetland scientists and conservationists. The advice in the need for combining wetland ecology and hydrology knowledge for understanding climate change impacts is invaluable. Thank you SWS for organising this and taking this opportunity in wishing Dr Wilcox the very best. - Swapan Paul, Sydney

We need to have organic farms, forget about the Roundup from Monsanto. The time is now, you do know what you have to do before global warming takes it into it's own hands. Pesticides are the real danger and killing of innocent fish, birds, gators, and in the end humans.

correcto, los científicos no han sabido dar el mensaje correcto a los políticos: conservación.

Thanks for letting us know. Seems to work ok here. I wonder if you are following a link that has a "start from" piece of code built into the link?

Great presentation. Really neat learning about BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) and PE (population equivalent) in relation to wastewater treatment-- a growing problem as global population increases. Wetlands are amazing systems that are undervalued for their ecosystem services like cleaning water that humans readily contaminate!
