depends on the job, assuming u r just starting off u need to start of will a junior role which will be arnd 30-40k but when u get to more senior positions salaries increase by a lot, but to get roles like that you need work experience and to be fair u need experience for junior roles as well

While owning up to mistakes might not reverse the consequences, it's a crucial step toward resolution and learning... In your example, a bad driver that runs into someone (a death situation...), owning the mistake would not fix it, but running away or blaming someone else could put you in more trouble... Generally speaking, I feel like taking responsibility and giving a B plan, can help mitigate the situation and prevent further issues. Thank you again for your comment!

Any lawyer will tell you that if you are in a traffic accident, you never admit or express fault. Work situations are often best handled the same way. Not taking or admiting an error is way different than running away or blaming someone else.
