If you have the cash I’d definitely go for triple side draft Webbers get the grunt on it driveline will handle it all day if you’re not going to drive it like you stole every day from memory you flip number 3 leaf in the pac of the springs and she handle with out axle tramp and way less body roll and way more grip
Ive got a 3F from "86 in a 62 series Sahara on LPG/PETROL, it's done 700.000km still going strong mate. Had to replace one Welsh plug a couple of weeks ago, that's all the work done on the actual engine. Do the oil and filter changes on time the thing will run forever.
one neat trick ive found in my explorations on youtube is to stop the valves from dropping in by filling the cylinder with rope through the spark plug hole, look for "Lapping a Valve in Place" by savvy aviation
Fark richo great to see ya back big fella 👍 💪 times get tough and live plays its ways but we are here to support ya mate. We absolutely cant get enough of the au 😎😎😎
hey man can you remember what two wires you had around the wrong way in the engine bay near the barra ecu on Hootins harness side? I'm having the similar start issue cheers
@@RichosCustoms yeah copy that mate. I can bridge the starter and fuel relays and the FG engine runs but the AU ecu in the cab isn't happy. I've deleted with a J3 chip as the smartshield was activated but that didn't solve the issue. Haha Was that a 4-pin plug for crank angle sensor going to 4 brown earth wires near the firewall? I would ask bill but he's a busy Lad.
@@theclinchdrive ohhh I’d have to check but it only two wires coming from the from of the engine at the Hall effect sensor at the harmonic balancer, can’t recall colours
