Not only would I be done with his daughter, there is no way I would want to deal with this guy in any way, shape or form! The lack of respect and decency he displayed was way crossing over the line.
i was always a Huge Ben stiller Fan he's My favotritre actor he totally stands up to other people put them in their place this movie is the BEST in my childhood the good times i had looking at this
Jack is so arrogant and inadequate in both ways because he all he cares about is honesty and no matter what Greg does, it never good enough for Jack. However, Pam does deserve Greg, it’s just that Jack and the rest of her family just gets in the way because they think she’s not going to marry a nurse like Greg. Even, Kevin Rawley thinks he’s nobody and it’s not up to them to decide her fate and her future.
Bruh... when the mom said that he didnt even like Kevin until AFTER he broke up with Pam, that shit left me FLABBERGASTED 🤯 the whole time, the movie has you thinkin that the Dad is upset bcuz Pam is with Greg instead of Kevin... but in reality, this piece of sh* weirdo doesnt want ANYBODY with his daughter! Which was even creepier than before 🤦🏾♂️👎🏾
I was only 8 or 9 years old when I saw this movie, and this whole scene made me wanna throw up... I was hoping by the end of the movie, Greg would grow a pair, Cuss out everybody in that house, Dump Pam, and throw all her shit out of his apartment when he got back home 🤷🏾♂️ That woulda been WAY more satisfying
I HOPE YOU PEOPLE ARE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU MADE ME SAY YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE Movie AND how its created I just wanna look at this movie you any idea how hard it is to find real entertainement NO you too busy SAYING SUCH HATEFUL COMMENTS TOWARDS THIS movie iam gonna tell you pepole something THIS IS EXZTCY WHY Jigsaws kidnaps people people who scoff at good people like Pam
I can’t stand people like the stewardess, they follow EVERY SINGLE rule their job entitles, intentionally antagonize people, and do it all with a BIG SMILE tryna act like they’re doing nothing wrong, that’s why I try to be nice and reasonable with people I don’t know when I encounter them because I have NO IDEA if they’re going through it in life or had rough day or two, I’m not gonna intentionally piss them off
To be fair to Pam she actually does learn from this. In the next two sequels she is far more willingly to stand up to her father if he crosses the line and willingly to hears out Greg. She even told him if he really did had a son out of wedlock that they would find a way to makes everything works.
Everyone in this scene was amazing. While yes, Pam should’ve stood up for Greg, I’m glad she stood up to her father in this scene. DeNiro is truly great in this scene. He’s so used to being “right”, that even when proven wrong, his response, tone and delivery is still in the mindset of “but I can’t be wrong” and I love how he’s left to stand in being wrong after Dina grills him a bit too.
She should have said yes when he said about taking the bag below the plane. She could have got someone to take her place. Plus, as she was doing this to deal with a difficult customer, this would be allowed. I have seen cases where people do this sort of thing just to deal with someone who is being difficult.
I have to say here in all honesty that quite frankly this Flight Attendant is a clear example of someone who is a candidate for the jobsworth award. Esther Rantzen in her wonderful tv show That's Life once visited a company that had been mentioned to them in a letter to personally give them a award for winning this. The Cook Report and Rogue Traders are also examples of this type of investigative journalism. That's Life tried to do things to embarrass people who had upset other people - with humour and style, I have to say. I somehow think that after being told off like she is here, she will at least consider this before behaving like this towards another customer for her airline.
this waiting for bording scene explains exactly me living in Hamburg except there is no smiling nor polite phrasing from my opponant. And I AM german and I ve been living in Hamburg since 10 ys
