List of ingredients: ½ cup Luke warm water Add 1 tsp sugar 1tsp yeast powder Keep aside for 10 minutes. Take a bowl to mix Add 1 cup flour/Maida Add ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp olive oil and yeast water. Mix it well Adjust the water consistency and make a dough. Add some olive oil on top and close the lid and leave for 1 hr to rise. Take out dough kneed it well Make roti out of it Now take a bowl Add some chopped green chili's, chopped coriander leaves and finelly chopped garlic .. Add it on the roti .. Flip the roti..add some water on it And stick it to the roti pan and Start cooking as shown in video ...
