Bought 3 of the 4k poe ptz from you on AliExpress.. I can't get any of the cameras to connect to my Hilook 16 ch NVR .. in Onvi or Hikvision mode .. Also what's the default username and Password of the cameras ? Came with No instructions at all the box had three QR code links stuck on the box 1st for instructions ------- which takes you to the app .. NO instructions ! 2nd connect camera to NVR. ----- which is this video that shows no settings or anything 3rd Independent Network setup ------ that takes you to the app setup, to set up by phone... you could at least send the damn things out with instructions in the box or upload correct videos for setup on youtube

What is simicam store email? I have question about finding my camera requirement. AliExpress store doesn't have option to contact store. And AliExpress customer service agents don't know the answer

Вы бы ТТХ камеры где-то разместили... Мне прыгать полтора месяца и искать на глаз схожие экземпляры? Ни номера модели, ни бумажки...

Регистраторы приходят с новой версией прошивки, в которой только один QR код. И неизвестно где взять ID, при считывании qr пишет Invalid QR Code, жду когда продавец покажет где брать этот ID (подсказал, ID это просто серийный номер устройства) Проще подключится сразу по IP локальной сети (показан в верхней строчке настроек сети устройства) после этого в приложение и серийник подтянется, будет возможность заходить хоть с Китая Кстати нужно еще создать пользователя с правами user и вводить его данные и пароль для сетевого подключения. Есть программа для PC, если не нужен постоянный мониторинг человеком, то например мне, проще посмотреть с компа, запрятав регистратор куда то далеко.
