I wonder how much was edited out of these performances, so it could be aired on television? Jim's stand up shows are really awful. His content on sex is just vile. Along with his usual outdated attitude towards gay people and his sexism. I am surprised the BBC even made this show.
Jim said the BBC paid him £1 million to leave the Generation Game in 2002. However if you look at this date, 2004, he was still getting work on the BBC, even though when he now trashes the BBC, he seems to omit these comedy shows he did after Generation Game and Big Break were axed.
Unionists in Northern Ireland loved collapsing the power sharing government there. They did it so many times. You got the feeling they didn't want to share power ... oh what a surprise!
Nice how they showed a few outtakes from the South African version. I wonder if they ever showed any from.when Anne did the primetime US version? That's how I actually first heard of Weakest Link, as I live in Canada.
Norma didn't get the trip to New York on Concorde because she wasn't within 10%. I never saw that in the U.S. version, but if you were real close without going over you get both showcases. I wonder if the two shows ever thought of exchanging hosts once in a while. Swap Bob Barker for Leslie Crowther. A sort of game show host foreign exchange program. That would have been fun. Many years ago I did go to a taping of the show in Los Angeles with Bob Barker. I didn't make it as a contestant. Oh, well.
I didn’t mind Techno Games as a robot Olympics programme, particularly highlighting engineering talents from most of the competitors who competed on Robot Wars, making machines to take part in other forms of competition. Shame there isn’t anything like that on tv nowadays.
@@john6904 It's not even that he's offensive I don't mind offensive comedy if it's done well. His jokes are just awful like the type of jokes a thick cunt would make down the pub.
From watching archival footage of St James Hospital over 30 years ago, nothing structurally has really changed & how it is today, even though more modernized, you can clearly see its the same building & layout, a lot of the structures will be a-listed & doing major alterations isn't allowed, & it's a part of Leeds history & heritage. Did I just hear the doctor say while the kid was listening, ".....you can jump off trees, the head is rock solid"?! The kid is gonna think its ok to jump off trees & it doesn't matter if he lands on his head because it's rock solid! Has the doctor forgotten, theres usually a brain inside a head?!
