These types of sessions, combining Festool products with Shaper are the BEST for guys who have purchased both. I only use my Shaper products (have all of them) and my Festool products ( have all of them) in my shop. Keep going guys you're doing great! Sessions on Joinery are the best, Dovetails, Box Joints, and now Tenons (Dominos). They make my time in the shop so efficient!

I routed radiant floor groves in my floor with a regular router. I should have bought a Shaper Origin and done it that way - time saver and safer.

Guys, I am new to the Shaper. I would really appreciate a basic program on engraving that talks about bit choice, settings, and tips and tricks regarding the various font choices. I saw the program on the SLFs, but that program assumed the viewer already knew the basics. Thanks for considering this.

Met you guys at the FWW event a few weeks back and I got some great info and tips in some great one-on-ones. Thank you. Having said that, THIS is the tool I've been looking for to do half blind dove tails in drawers. The App is awesome and the finished product is adaptable to pretty much any drawer size. As Jake would say; "Wow! Wow wow wow!!!"

I have downloaded the files from the new dovetail generator and can see the custom anchor. But the custom anchor isn’t active when trying to place it at 0,0. . Sometimes the custom anchor triangle is red and sometimes it isn’t red. Any ideas?

I love the new program for creating dovetails. It is way easier than F360. The one thing that I am struggling on is a double dovetail. Does anyone have a simple way or formula for putting into the new program?

Der Trick mit dem Gleichlauf ist zwar interessant, aber ich denke Shaper könnte hier ganz einfach im Menü eine Option zur Auswahl von Gleichlauf/Gegenlauf anbieten so wie das bei jeder gängigen CAM SW Standard ist. Die Origin ist eine tolle Maschine aber in vielen Fällen muß ich irgendwelche Workarounds anwenden weil die SW nur minimalistische Funktionen bietet. Z.B. Anfasen, nur um ein weiteres Beispiel zu nennen. Die SW Funktionen auf der Origin sind weit unterhalb ihrer Möglichkeiten.

30:39 Gents, are the dimensions you talk about here (25 and 122.4 mm) the distance from the left edge to the centre of each pin? That’s my guess, but I’ve been wrong plenty.

I try to take two to three classes a year. Mostly at the FL School of Woodworking in Tampa and I am also a member of two local woodworking clubs that meet monthly.

I just came from my workshop, to see how to add a custom anchor as I need it for the project I am currently working on. I remembered that this feature was possible, so I looked up your video again. As I use a combination of inkscape and fusion 360 to design my projects... I don't have Shaper Studio. And also don't have a real need for it. Untill just now that I want to add a custom anchor. Is it also possible to add a custom anchor in Inkscape, or another free software? Or is it going to be possible in the (near) future?

Das Problem mit Trace ist die Einbindung in Fusion. Fusion übernimmt keine korrekten Masse. Ich suche seit Erhald des Trace nach einer Möglichkeit, dass die SVG Dateien in Fusion in den korrekten Massen erscheien.
