I started practicing Silat and Escrima in 1993. In 2008 I switched to Tai Chi. I am a less aggressive person. I once yelled at my father for asking me about martial arts. That is unacceptable for any reason. Mike.

Many years ago they did a study on aging with Tai Chi. The telomeres in the mitochondria of the Tai Chi practitioners remained elongated whereas the counterparts who didn't do tai chi, whereas theirs were shortened.
