Ragin). Social world is complex and there is a need for interdisciplinary research in the social sciences. This channel provide methodological, theoretical, and empirical content (lectures, interviews, research abstracts) to help social science researchers with their research and practice. The views expressed in the lectures and interview are solely presenters' own perspectives. The lectures include slides containing key content and illustrations. *if you intent to use the content of the videos, please cite its source as required.
The problem is that language limits our ability to describe reality. It is the language that describes the approximation of reality that the senses and brain acquire. Language is socially constructed - badly - and social constructivism is reifying theories about reality and even conflating reality with the language used to describe it. Qualitative research is a tool used to help shape the quantitative tools to explain and describe reality. The context should also include biological mental processes.
OMG! This explanation was so good. I just had to subscribe. You were clear and steps you provided were so detailed. I never understood research analysis like this before. Thank you.
Professor, thanks for an informative presentation. I'm researching pre-merger communication. I'm interested in Practitioner's lived experiences to identify communication mechanisms in the pre-merger phase of M&A. What form of analysis would you recommend I use?
